The sand and gravel separator is a new product developed by our company's technical personnel based on advanced experience at home and abroad, in order to adapt to market development and demand.
The equipment consists of a sand screening and stone extraction machine, a sand extraction machine, a large frame, a feeding device, a cleaning roller, a waterway, a cover, an electrical control system, etc.
This equipment is mainly used for cleaning the mixer truck of commercial concrete mixing plants (buildings) and separating, recycling and reusing the sand, stone and water contained in waste concrete. By using this device, users can solve the pollution problem of waste concrete. The wastewater from cleaning vehicles is sent through a three-stage sedimentation tank, and after sedimentation, it is pumped into the machine for recycling, completely achieving zero discharge of wastewater. Additionally, the economic benefits are correspondingly improved due to the reuse of sand and gravel.
The sand and gravel separator can be divided into single parking space sand and gravel separator and double parking space sand and gravel separator according to the number of car washes. Depending on the site conditions, it can also be divided into left placed and right placed types.
