Closed type cold aggregate supply system

The cold storage bin adopts a separate closure form, and a dust-proof soft curtain is installed at the feeding port. Industrial grade dry mist dust reduction equipment is installed outside the feeding port.

The dust-proof soft curtain is effective in preventing dust from quickly overflowing.

Equipped with ultrasonic sensors for efficient and intelligent control.

Dry mist dust suppression equipment effectively adsorbs dust, forces dust settling, and prevents dust from rising. The dry fog equipment is controlled by ultrasonic radar and actively senses the feeding bin. Spray is only applied to the loading bin during loading, without increasing the humidity of the aggregate, and can effectively suppress dust.  

● Fully close the belt feeding system

The conveyor belt for transporting cold aggregates adopts a sealed form, which effectively prevents dust from overflowing during loading.  

● Fully wrapped drying drum

The fully closed drying drum is covered with soundproof rock wool to reduce noise and minimize heat loss.

● Fully close the induced draft fan

The induced draft fan is equipped with soundproof rock wool and fully closed to effectively reduce noise.  

Asphalt, heavy oil smoke and dust collection system

The asphalt and heavy oil fumes from the production process are collected and sent to the centralized treatment equipment; The dust generated from the discharge of white materials is directly processed by the dust collector.  

● Close the main mixing building

Partially or completely close the main building to reduce noise; Choose high-quality corrugated boards for layered closure, with a neat and beautiful appearance. Choose oversized transparent glass for easy maintenance and ventilation.

Separate storage of over standard materials and excess materials.

Asphalt and heavy oil storage and supply system

Special pipelines are used to collect asphalt and heavy oil fumes that occur during the production process for centralized treatment.  

Asphalt and heavy oil flue gas centralized treatment equipment

Asphalt and heavy oil flue gas are collected and enter the treatment equipment. After electrostatic and spray treatment, they are finally subjected to UV photolysis and degraded into low molecular weight compounds (such as CO2, H2O, etc.) before being discharged.
