1. Host chassis: a cantilever shaped mixing host chassis, which includes trailer truck towing pins and parking legs inside the chassis; Measuring scales for placing mixers, cement, and water additives on the chassis; Surrounding inspection walkways, railings, etc.

2. Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing station. The control system is the same as that of a fixed mixing station. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point for the entire station. During transfer and transportation, the control room is stored in the empty space of the bracket; All control circuits do not need to be disassembled.

3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the entire station, with the upper part being the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments and equipped with a raised plate to increase the storage capacity. Pneumatic sequential door opening operation is used, and aggregate measurement is a cumulative measurement method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and structural support legs for operation.

4. Belt conveyor frame: This frame is a truss structural component that connects the main chassis and aggregate batching structure, and is equipped with a belt frame inside; Integrate the main frame, belt frame, and batching structure to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing station

5. External components: For cement silos and screw conveyors, external components are integral parts that do not need to be disassembled during operation or transportation, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole.

6. Mixing host: JS type forced mixer is generally used, which can quickly and evenly mix and complete the flowable and dry hard concrete.
