1、 Heatstroke prevention measures for staff.

1. Reasonably arrange work time. Avoid working in high-temperature environments and shorten working hours;

2. The work area should be equipped with direct drinking water sources such as water dispensers, and cooling appliances such as air conditioning fans should be installed in the work area;

3. Prepare heatstroke prevention medication and implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures for each worker. If heatstroke occurs, personnel should take timely rest.

2、 Cooling work of mixing plant equipment.

1. The working environment of the mixing plant is basically open-air, and the mixing plant itself does not have heatstroke prevention function. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly sprinkle water on the site to reduce the relative temperature of the entire environment;

2. All equipment should avoid direct sunlight exposure as much as possible, take shading measures, regularly check the condition of electrical circuits, check the heat dissipation of motors, and prevent safety accidents caused by motor overheating;

3. The mixing plant should dissipate heat in a timely manner after operating for a period of time, and the concrete tanker truck should also be inspected in a timely manner. The truck should be placed in a cool and ventilated environment as much as possible, and the tires should be checked frequently to cool down the concrete tanker truck.
