In order to ensure the normal operation of the mixing station, extend the service life of the equipment, safety and efficiency, specially made for the mixing station safe production operation details.

1. Pre-shift inspection

1.1 per shift, before starting the operation personnel to mixing console reducer oil, discharge gate hydraulic pump oil, stirring shaft axis oils (should be more than 1/2), the amount of lubricating oil is enough, the pressure is normal, the tubing and connectors for fracture and fall off, belt conveyor, screw conveyor and other parts of the lubrication point inspection, and infuse lubricating grease.

1.2 Check whether there are metal objects in the mixer, and whether fixing bolts such as blades and lining plates are loose.

1.3 Turn on the total power supply, turn on the control power switch, turn on the purification power switch, turn on the PLC power switch. Close the industrial control power switch → start the monitoring program, and check whether the monitoring indicators of the monitoring box are abnormal (oil quantity, oil temperature, lubrication sleeve motor working state).

1.4 No-load start the stirring main engine belt conveyor to run for 10 minutes and check whether the operation is normal, there is no difference in sound, whether the conveyor belt is deviated or broken (if abnormal is found, immediately notify the machine repair team to exclude).

1.5 Start the air compressor, check whether the operation is normal, whether there is air leakage in the air path, the air path pressure should be kept at 0.55~ 0.7mpa, and the pressure of the concrete arch should be 0.02mpa.

1.6 Check the water supply system, liquid admixture system, normal operation and smooth pipeline, and no leakage. Pool and liquid admixture tank liquid sufficient.

1.7 Check whether the unloading door, solenoid valve and cylinder opening and closing are normal, and whether the travel switch and signal line work normally.

1.8 Manually move the screw conveyor to check whether the operation is normal. Add grease.

1.9 It is strictly prohibited to start with load and stop in the middle. In case of power failure and other accidents, stop the machine, first turn off the main power supply, immediately open the discharging door of the mixer, drain and remove the materials in the cylinder to prevent condensation accident. To restart, press "1" to restart.

1.10 The interval between production and operation of the host is about 3 hours or no longer than 4 hours. The host must be washed with water once. Pour the production water into the main engine with the water supply pump, stir and rotate for about 3 minutes, and continue production after releasing the flushing water.

1.11 In the continuous production of high grade concrete above C40, in addition to using the main engine to stir and wash, high-pressure water gun must be used for auxiliary flushing.

1.12 If the main engine runs for more than 12 hours, the longest is not more than 24 hours, it must be shut down and the auxiliary worker shall thoroughly clean the inside of the main engine and the material door shaft.

1.13 Interval cleaning and periodic cleaning shall be recorded for future reference.

1.14 In the process of production operation, if the belt conveyor is stopped when it is on standby, when it is started again, it must be operated without load for 2-3 minutes before feeding production. It is strictly prohibited to start and feed at the same time, to prevent the belt from impact overload damage and pulling the conveyor belt.

2. After-work maintenance and inspection

2.1 Disconnect the main power switch, lock the door of the power distribution cabinet (assign special personnel to guard), remove the residual materials in the inner wall of the mixer, around the mixing device, unloading door and other directions, and check the connecting and fixing bolts of the mixing device such as the mixing impeller and the lining board.

2.2 Clean the admixture metering hopper, clean the discharging door of the collecting hopper and powder metering hopper.

2.3 Clean the appearance of the host and clean the unloading hopper under the host.

2.4 Drain the water in the air compressor's storage tank (drain the air compressor and gas in the tank in winter).

2.5 Start the dust collector in the powder bin to shake off the powder adhered to the filter.

2.6 The liquid in water pipes and admixtures must be drained in winter.

2.7 Add lubricating grease to each lubrication point.

2.8 After shutdown, the power supply of the control system and the general power supply must be turned off.

2.9 The auxiliary workers must complete the cleaning of the main engine and the material door shaft within 1 hour or less after the main engine is shut down, and the longest is not more than 2 hours.

2.10 Auxiliary workers should clean the main engine carefully and thoroughly, leaving no dead Angle, especially the unloading door and shaft of the main engine. Prevent mortar solidification, dry, so that the door switch blocked, damaged door, shaft and bearing.

2.11 Auxiliary workers are forbidden to use pick to hit the lining board, mixing arm and mixing leaves during the cleaning operation to prevent damage to the lining board, mixing arm and mixing leaves due to improper operation.

2.12 When the auxiliary worker is cleaning the soil and material leakage in the machine pit, the soil and material leakage on the conveying belt should not be too much, no more than 2OOKg at a time, and the conveyor belt should be transported in batches to prevent the drum motor and conveyor belt from being damaged by overload starting of the belt.

2.13 After the auxiliary worker completes the cleaning of the main engine, he shall immediately notify the mechanic for inspection and acceptance. If the inspection fails, he must clean up again without any excuse.

3. Weekly inspection and maintenance (carried out by machine repair personnel)

3.1 Turn off the main power supply, and send special personnel to guard, check and remove residual dirt of concrete inside and outside the mixer (to be performed by the operator).

3.2 Check whether the tightening bolts of all stirring knives and blade arms are loose. Check the clearance between stirring knives, blades and lining plates (2mm). If it is greater than 4mm, it must be adjusted.

3.3 Check and add the oil level of reducer box, discharge gate oil pump and stirring shaft head, and the oil level in the monitoring mirror should be more than 1/2. Fill the parts with grease.

3.4 Check the air path system, air compressor oil, safety valve and pressure gauge. Drain water from the gas water separator. There should be no gas leakage in the gas path system.

3.5 Check and adjust the connecting bolts and supporting rods of all parts of the belt conveyor, whether the sweeper works normally, and whether the belt is snaking and deviating.

3.6 Check whether there is leakage in waterway and admixture pipeline, and whether the motor and pump work normally.

3.7 Check the working condition of screw conveyor, add gear oil and grease.

3.8 Check whether the solenoid valve, cylinder and discharge door of aggregate weighing scale work normally, and add grease.

3.9 The mechanic should actively cooperate with the auxiliary workers to clean up the main engine.

3.10 After receiving the notice of inspection and acceptance of auxiliary cleaning operation, the mechanic shall immediately enter the machine for inspection and acceptance without any excuse.

3.11 The inspection and acceptance shall be careful and thorough without any dead end. Acceptance is not qualified, to inform the auxiliary or mixing stationmaster, unqualified parts and existing problems, to be cleaned up again, check acceptance.

3.12 During inspection and acceptance, the mechanic should carefully check whether the lining board is broken, and whether the knife and arm are damaged or loose. And sign on the record form for confirmation for future reference.

4. Monthly inspection and maintenance items (carried out by the mechanic)

4.1 Check the working condition of each screw conveyor, add gear oil and grease, and observe whether the bolts at the connection parts are loose and ash leakage phenomenon.

4.2 Check the belt conveyor system, adjust the belt tightness, check whether there is oil leakage in the drum, and add lubricating oil.

4.3 Check and tighten the bolts at all parts, check whether the supporting rod and guide wheel are running normally, whether the position of guide trough and cleaner is correct, and whether the belt is snake-shaped or deviated.

4.4 Check and maintain the air compressor, clean the air filter of the air compressor, check whether the lubricating oil and gas pipeline leak, whether the pressure limiting valve works normally, and whether the discharge door switch is flexible. Add grease.

4.5 Check and maintain the water supply pump, admixture pump and motor, and check whether there is leakage in the pipeline.

4.6 Check and maintain the unloading door, solenoid valve, cylinder, open and close flexible, normal work, travel switch and signal line work normally.

4.7 Check and maintain the mixer.

4.7.1 check and measure the wear of the liner (replace the liner if it is larger than 3mm).

4.7.2 Check and measure the wear degree of stirring knife and stirring arm (replace if the size exceeds 50%).

4.7.3 Check whether the locking screw of the rotating shaft of discharge door and bearing seat is loose.

4.7.4 Check whether the motor seat locking screw is loose.

4.7.5 Check whether other fastening screws are loose.

4.7.6 Check and maintain whether the valve of the liquid measuring balance in the collecting hopper is flexible and whether the sensor works normally.

4.7.7 Check and maintain the main engine feed water pump, motor, cylinder and pneumatic valve.

4.7.8 Check and add grease for each part.

5. Safety precautions

5.1 During maintenance of the mixing station, the main power supply must be cut off, the door of the distribution cabinet must be locked, and the key should be kept by the electrician. Power cutting and transmission must be operated by electrician.

5.2 When starting the belt conveyor, mixing the main engine and other motors, it is necessary to observe whether there are people or other debris on the motor, in order to prevent injury or damage to the equipment when starting.

5.3 Do not use water to flush electrical appliances such as motors, electrical switches and solenoid valves during cleaning operations to prevent electric shock and damage to electrical equipment.

5.4 When the mixer is working, it is forbidden to stand in the discharging area.

5.5 Non-operators are forbidden to enter the control room. Smoking and doing things unrelated to operation are prohibited. There is no operator in the operating room. Before leaving, cut off the power supply and lock the doors and Windows.
