First, check before starting
1, check whether the gear oil, air compressor oil, etc., has been filled up and its leakage.
2, the use of blowtorch baking asphalt metering bucket.
3. Check the temperature of thermal oil and asphalt.
4, check whether the main components such as vibrating screen screw loose.
5. Ensure that all transmission belts and chains are normal and not loose.
2. Start the mixer
1, before starting, be sure to ring the bell, in case there are people in the dangerous area.
2, open the console of the main power and secondary power switch, burner console power.
3, according to the induced draft fan, mixing cylinder, vibrating screen, hoist, drying cylinder, inclined belt, flat belt, frequency conversion power on, powder elevator, screw 2, screw 1, screw 3, air compressor start in sequence (induced draft fan, mixing cylinder are two start, to start the other parts after the second suction).
4. Open the industrial computer and open the blower after its start (also for secondary start, the motor of secondary start is of high current at the start, and the next unit should be started after the current drops to the normal value and the second suction, so as to avoid accidents).
3. Operate the mixer
1, 3 minutes after the START of the air guide and blower, the burner console "START" flashes, and the ignition can be started at this time.
2, turn ON the gas or acetylene, press "START" 3 seconds after the electronic ignition device to perform ignition, such as "START" "HEAVY OIL" "PUMP ON" light ON, turn off the gas or acetylene; If it doesn't, try again until it does.
3. At the same time, open the air inlet and blower doors and open the frequency converter for feeding. At this time, the amount of sand and stone should be small, otherwise the temperature rises slowly. When the knife is over 100℃, the feeding amount can be adjusted to normal. At 130 ° C, adjust the blower door to "AUTO".
4. After mixing materials every day, mix 9-12 plates of materials manually, because the mixing tank is cold at this time. Then turn the mixing mode knob to "auto" and press the "auto start" button.
Four, downtime
1. When feeding the fifth plate before stopping, reduce the feeding speed of the frequency converter to half or 1/3 of the normal speed (depending on the size of the required material).
2. Close the frequency converter to stop feeding when the fourth plate material is stopped before shutdown. When the dryer current drops, press the burner console "STOP" for about 3 seconds to extinguish the fire. The "HEAVY OIL", "START" and "PUMP ON" indicators are off. Turn the blower damper to the "MAN" position and press the damper control button "CLOSE" until "START" starts to blink. The blower can be turned off at this time.
3. When the last plate of materials is left, turn the mixing mode knob to "Manual", click "Break ingredients" at the bottom of the screen with the mouse, and put down the last plate of materials manually.
4. Put the fine stone and a little sand into the mixing tank and stir for a moment. Wash the mixture and the remaining bitumen in the mixing tank. Finally, the remaining material in the silo is put clean.
5. Close each motor in the reverse order of starting. (The temperature of drying cylinder should be lower than 90℃ to shut down) and then shut down the industrial computer, shut down the secondary power supply, the total power from the burner console power supply. Close the master knife.
