The equipment is composed of sand screening stone extractor, sand extractor, large frame, feeding device, cleaning roller, waterway, cover, electrical control system, etc.

The equipment is mainly used for cleaning the mixer truck of commercial concrete mixing plant (building) and separating, recycling and reusing the sand, stone and water contained in waste concrete. By using this equipment, users can solve the pollution problem of waste concrete. The sewage from cleaning vehicles passes through the three-stage sedimentation tank and is pumped into the machine for recycling after sedimentation, which completely realizes the zero discharge of sewage, and improves the economic benefits due to the reuse of sand and gravel.

Sand and gravel separators can be divided into single parking space sand and gravel separators and double parking space sand and gravel separators according to the number of car washes, and can be divided into left and right type according to different site conditions.
