Concrete mixing plant: equipped with devices for storing, batching, transporting, mixing, and controlling various raw materials required for concrete. Various aggregates, binders, ingredients, additives, and water are mixed in a certain proportion through a mixer, and a complete set of equipment is used for centralized mixing and supply of fresh concrete.

According to the location of the aggregate bin and material weighing scale, the concrete mixing plant (building) is divided into concrete mixing plant and concrete mixing plant.

In the process of concrete production, the aggregate batching measuring device located directly above the mixing host is called the concrete mixing plant; In the process of concrete production, the aggregate batching measuring device located below the mixing host is called a concrete mixing plant.

The main building frame is a steel structure, consisting of a roof, stairs and fences, measuring layer, mixing layer, support legs, folding hopper, etc.

Mixing system:

The mixing system is to mix the measured raw materials such as sand, cement, water, additives, etc. evenly in the mixer to form finished concrete with the specified strength.

There are four types of mixers used in concrete mixing plants:

1. Double horizontal shaft forced mixer;

2. Vertical shaft forced mixer;

Direct falling drum mixer. (Simple mixer or hydraulic concrete with aggregate particle size greater than 80 millimeters)

Aggregate batching system:

The aggregate batching system is a modular aggregate processing device that integrates functions such as sand and gravel storage, measurement, and batching output.

Aggregate lifting system.

The aggregate lifting system has two forms: hopper lifting and belt conveyor;

One is the form of hopper lifting.

In narrow construction sites, the aggregate is transported to the storage device of the concrete mixing plant, and the aggregate lifting system in the form of a lifting bucket is a more suitable lifting equipment.

It has the advantages of small footprint and easy installation.

The second is the belt conveyor.

Belt conveyors have the advantages of large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, high efficiency, low failure rate, and convenient layout.

Diagonal belt conveyor:

Tilt angle of 18 °; Using a regular flat belt,

The inclination angle is 25 °, using a shallow herringbone strip,

Tilt angle of 45 °, with edge groove.

Measurement system.

The material measurement system is an important factor affecting the quality and production cost of concrete.

Including aggregate weighing, powder weighing, and liquid weighing.

Aggregate weighing includes sand scales, stone scales, or cumulative measuring scales for sand and gravel;

2. Powder weighing includes cement scale, fly ash scale or mineral powder scale;

3. Liquid weighing includes water scales and liquid additive scales;

The material scale consists of accessories such as measuring hopper, bracket, sensor, unloading device, and sensor (rubber sleeve, vibrator).

The material measurement system is controlled by electronic scales and microcomputers.

Measurement of dynamic accuracy:

Aggregate: ≤ 2%,

Cement, fly ash, mineral powder: ≤ 1%

Water additive: ≤ 1%.

The Jianyou mixing plant adopts electronic weighing, and the weighing system includes weighing buckets, weighing sensors, junction boxes, shielded cables, industrial weighing terminals, etc.

Pneumatic control system.

The air control system includes air compressors, air storage tanks, gas supply pipelines, gas water separators, oil mist devices, pressure reducing valves, and other air circuit accessories.

Suitable for providing compressed air to the cylinder body and the arch breaking device of the lower cone of the powder silo for opening and closing devices such as the discharge door of the mixer, the bottom door of the aggregate storage bin, the discharge door or butterfly valve of the measuring hopper, and the bottom door of the intermediate hopper.

11. Control room and control system.

One is the control room.

(1) The control room is the place where the mixing plant operator operates and manages the mixing plant.

The operating room is packaged with sandwich panels and embedded with plastic steel doors and windows. The interior is finely decorated and has functions such as insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance.

(3) The control room is equipped with a console, control cabinet, display, monitor, air conditioner, printer, etc. (4) The console is equipped with various control switches, buttons, weighing instruments, ammeters, etc. for the mixing plant

(5) The monitor displays the operation status of the monitoring point equipment for easy management by operators; The bracket is used to support the control room.

The second is the control system.

The control panel consists of industrial computers, displays, operation panels, weighing terminals, central processing units, intermediate relays, ammeters, alarms, uninterruptible power supplies, and other auxiliary equipment.

The electrical components of the power cabinet mainly consist of the main power switch, circuit breaker, contactor, current transformer, fuse, DC switch power supply, etc.
