All the traffic and transportation engineering transaction catalogue projects have been entered into the provincial public trading platform, the credit evaluation and assessment system has been fully implemented, and serious dishonest enterprises have been prevented from entering the traffic and transportation construction market in Gansu.

The "three links" system for project quality was strictly implemented, and the leading cadres involved in project quality issues were seriously held accountable. The overall sampling inspection qualification rate of key highway construction projects in the province reached 95.2%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points over 2013.
