Taking the trunk highway artery as the opening-up axis, strengthen cooperation with Russia, Mongolia and surrounding provinces and regions in key channels, key nodes and key projects, start the construction of Ganqi Maodu Linhe and other port roads, strive to fully open up the broken end road and unequal sections of the district in 2017, and realize high-level connectivity with Russia, Mongolia and important nodes of surrounding provinces and regions; The construction of Linhe Hami expressway was started to open up the north silk road and provide support for the autonomous region to accelerate its integration into the Silk Road Economic Belt. It will also speed up the construction of the road network in the radiation area of the Silk Road, promote the construction of expressways from Jingpeng to Xilinhot, start the construction of expressways from Tongliao to northern Shandong, and smooth the fast track to the coastal ports from east to South and integrate into the maritime Silk Road.
