Before using the mixing plant, the supporting equipment of the mixing plant shall be equipped as required. Before starting, check whether all switches of the distribution cabinet are closed, whether there is material in the hopper, and whether the emergency stop button and belt of the batching station are normal. Check that there is no foreign matter stuck in the drive and moving parts of the mixing drum and supporting mechanisms, as well as the bin door, bucket door and track. Check whether there is oil in the oil storage tank of the mixer and whether the raw materials such as aggregate, powder, water and admixture are sufficient. Open the valves to discharge the excessive ponding of the gas-water separator in the gas circuit system, and open the blowdown plug of the air reservoir to discharge the oil-water mixture. After the key switch is turned on, each motor can be started only when the number on the display screen is on.

During manual weighing, the number displayed on the display screen is the cumulative value. If the displayed number does not jump or the pointer on the reading disk does not rotate, it indicates that the weighing is blocked. After the concrete in the mixing station is discharged and the discharge door is closed, the next operation can be carried out only after the "mixer empty" indicator light is on and the "mixer door open" indicator light is off. During the operation of the mixing plant, pay attention to its current value at any time, and check the correctness and reliability of the master switch, knob, button and indicator light. During production, we should concentrate on correcting the weighing error, vehicle volume and out of tolerance at any time, and pay attention to data storage. After the production is completed or the main machine is stopped for more than half an hour, the main machine must be cleaned. When discharging water, make sure that there is no one at the blanking port and the bell rings once.
