Key points of operation

Before starting up every day, check whether the opening and closing of valves on the equipment are normal and whether the oil pressure is normal;

Special personnel shall be assigned to watch and inspect the equipment during operation;

If the inspector finds any abnormality in the equipment, he shall timely notify the staff in the operation room (such as abnormal sound, local temperature is too high);

4、 The equipment shall be maintained at the end of each day, especially the bearing maintenance of induced draft fan, vibrating screen and mixer;

At the end of the work, the asphalt materials in the blanking chute and truck must be cleaned to prevent affecting the work of the next day;

6、 After construction, the site must be cleaned and kept clean.

Safety operation procedures

Personnel entering the site must wear safety helmets;

6、 When the conveyor belt is working, it is strictly prohibited to dig and stab the soil on the conveyor belt with shovel and stick to prevent accidental involvement and danger;

When using electric welding and gas cutting, keep away from inflammables and explosives;

VIII. In case of external failure, the operator shall be notified in time;

9、 Wear safety belt when working at height (more than 2m);

10、 Vehicles entering the site must obey the command of the staff;

There should be more than 2 people when carrying out live maintenance of electrical equipment. In case of accident, cut off the power supply in time;

Be familiar with the nature of fire source, take correct fire extinguishing methods, and master the use of fire extinguishing equipment;

13、 Professional electrical personnel are responsible for all electrical work of the equipment;

All electrical circuits shall comply with standards, and appropriate grounding and fuse protection devices shall be provided;

15、 The power connector must be fully protected to prevent accidental damage;

Electrical instruments shall be equipped with anti-theft device to prevent accidental switch on;

Each operating part of electrical and electronic equipment is not allowed to exceed the recommended large limit value.
