The meeting informed that by the end of 2014, the total mileage of roads in the province had reached 138000 km, including 3300 km of expressways, 7492 km of secondary roads, 120700 km of rural roads, and the density of highway network had reached 32.43 km / 100 square kilometers. 70% of the organic villages in the province have asphalt (cement) roads, 1222 Township bus stations and 13164 organic village bus stops, covering 96.8% of the townships and 78.1% of the organic villages in the province. The number of operational vehicles in the province reached 355800, and the total turnover of highway transportation in the whole year reached 101.55 billion ton kilometers, a year-on-year increase of 22%. The province's Waterway mileage has reached 913.77 kilometers, 27 operating routes and 442 ships. There are 8 civil airports, more than 80 flight routes and more than 70 navigable cities in the province. 24 first-class bus passenger stations and 19 second-class bus passenger stations in the province have realized online ticket sales, covering 14 central urban areas and 17 counties in the province. There are 1466 post offices, 33 express enterprises (brands), 782 express outlets and 267 non-public express outlets in villages and towns. In the whole year, the investment in transportation fixed assets was 60.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30%. Three 300km expressways from Chengxian to Wudu, Guazhou to Dunhuang and Linxia to Hezuo have been built, ending the history of no Expressway in Gannan Tibetan area. Expressways have been connected to all cities, prefectures and 48 counties and districts in the province.

In the construction of comprehensive transportation system, two international routes from Lanzhou to Dubai and Tbilisi have been opened, 23 new routes and 20 encrypted routes have been added, and the passenger throughput has been 7.5572 million person times; The cargo and mail throughput is 48700 tons. The phase II expansion project of Zhongchuan airport terminal area has been basically completed, and the main project of Qingyang airport terminal, the pilot section of Longnan Chengzhou airport control project and the preliminary work of Dunhuang airport expansion have been carried out in an orderly manner; Construction of 14 transport hub projects including Pingliang express passenger transport center was started; The navigation projects in the Daxia and Wujinxia reservoir areas of the Yellow River have been completed, and the first phase of the Longwan nanchangtan navigation project has been completed.

The meeting proposed that in 2015, Gansu's transportation development should complete the transportation fixed asset investment of 78 billion yuan, an increase of 30%; The total turnover of highway transportation and passenger throughput of civil aviation increased by 20%; The total volume of postal business increased by more than 18%, and the volume of express business increased by more than 30%; Vehicle toll revenue reached 8.35 billion yuan, an increase of 14%. In the whole year, 700 kilometers of expressways, 310 kilometers of first-class roads and 1130 kilometers of second-class roads were newly constructed, ensuring the completion of 300 kilometers of expressways, 170 kilometers of first-class roads, 906 kilometers of second-class roads, 10000 kilometers of unobstructed projects in organic villages and 1500 car stops in organic villages.
